Auramar is a firm favorite with the UK market and has a fantastic location just a few metres from the stunning beach Areias De S. Joao, overlooking the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. The official rating of this hotels is 3 star, but we feel that, based on the facilities, location, quality and value for money the Auramar Beach resort is deserving of our 4-sun status. Located in one of the most fascinating and breathtaking spots in the Algarve. All the rooms are elegantly and comfortably designed and the hotel has all the facilities you would expect and more. Ideal for families and couples, and close to all the attractions of Albuferia yet set in its own private grounds in a quiet sea front location. Please note the Auramar Family rooms are 2 x twin rooms located next to each other.

Location

The hotel in the main central area of Albufeira and the beautiful sandy beach located at the front of the hotel hotel and may easily be accessed down a flight of steps. Countless shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and nightclubs are in the hotel's vicinity, just 500 metres away. It is 40 kilometres to the international airport.

American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA cards are all accepted as methods of payment. From Faro airport, head in the direction of Portimão/Loulé/Lisboa. Follow the signs to Portimão/Lisboa, which will lead to the A22 motorway. After passing the exit to Lisbon, take the first exit that for Albufeira. Follow the signs to Albufeira. Upon entering Albufeira, turn left and follow this road until the Oura hotel. Turn right before this hotel and continue until reaching 3 palm trees. Turn left and follow the signs to the hotel.
